• Initial 1 x 1.5 hour personal goal coaching session

This is to setup your vision, goals, values and mindset for the next 12 months to kick off the program. We want to make sure we have a rock solid plan to then coach you to success on.  

•  30 min personal coaching call weekly x 12 weeks

We know you are ready to really kick goals, which means sometimes you need just 1 person to work through your challenges, check in to keep your goals top of mind, provide personalised tips and unbiased guidance to keep you on track.

We organise a time every week that we call you for our personal accountability call to chat about the week of goals kicked and the week of goal kicking ahead. 

• 5 Year Book  sent to your letterbox

This book is a perfect place to sit with on a rainy day and let your mind be guided through listing all the dream travel destinations you have in your mind, achievements you are most proud of and so so so much more. We don't want to give it away. It's got life examples that will amaze and inspire you. This has been a key part of our goal setting life here at My Goal Squad. So we want to share the best of what we know, with you!  

• Daily Motivation Mirror Stickers to keep your weekly goals front and centre

These stickers are ideal for your bathroom mirror, to write your goals on and keep them front and centre eeeeeevery day. This helps the subconscious mind work on them when you aren't directly think about them. Looking at your goals is a key strategy for the answers and achievement of them, coming more easily and quickly. 

• Personalised text messages 

Your coach will send you personalised messages at key times that they feel motivation is needed, or a little mid week check in for something that might be important to you or they see something connected to your goals that will be of interest.
